I am not infringing on any copyrighted material. :wink: Here is the description of my Pregame Ritual: Chocolate milk is the perfect post game ritual, but what the pregame ritual ? Hi My name is Caitlin. I love rowing and my perfect pregame ritual consists of: 1) Music - It starts with the perfect playlist. 2) Then its time for a healthy snack. My favourite snack is whole wheat toast with peanut butter and bananas. 3) Meditation is also important. It allows me to reset and it always helps me focus. 4) My pregame ritual would not be complete without drinking water. Staying hydrated is so important. I make sure to drink water well before i row/workout. The Tank on my Water Rower broke a few months ago. There is a spot at Wascana Trails that has some extreme exposure and sharp, steep, cliffs that surround you on three sides. My pre-descent ritual is to snap a photo at this exact spot, at least once per year, which I have been doing for 10 or more years. I often re-visit these photos and reflect on the changes in the landscape and in myself, but what I love is capturing is the calm moments prior to the excitement of the upcoming technical descent.
